Use the “@ Mention” feature in Tracxn AI Assistant

Point the Assistant to the exact entity

☑️ A dedicated “@ Mention” feature, right where you write - Clicking it automatically inserts @ into your prompt, allowing you to type and select the exact entity you want. You can also continue typing @ directly anywhere in your prompt - it works exactly the same way.

For example: @Tesla, @Space Tech, @Singapore etc.

☑️ The Assistant uses the exact entity you select - Select the intended match from the list so your query targets that specific entity, instead of the Assistant guessing from plain text.

Where to find it

1. Open the AI Assistant from the left navigation tab or the ✨ button in the top navigation bar.
2. In the chat input, click the “@ Mention” feature below the prompt box - or type @ anywhere in your prompt
