How This Helps You

• Get investor-ready faster - To close your raise, investors will check your financials, Cap Table, and compliance. When you opt in, top CAs and CPAs can reach out to help you get these in order, so you walk into investor conversations prepared.
• Stay focused on your raise - You don’t have to stop and search for a CA or CPA yourself. The right firms reach out to you, so you get the support you need without losing time.

Note: CAs and CPAs are currently available as a service-provider category, and more categories will be added.

What This Unlocks

• Opt in while you build your deal - In the Deal Details section of the Live Deal form, answer “Are you open to service providers reaching out to you?” with a simple Yes. Tracxn then adds CAs and CPAs to the user categories that can see your listing, with no extra setup.

• Control exactly who sees your deal - In the Contact Details section, under “Whom should this listing be visible to?”, select or edit the user categories - from Venture Capital and Private Equity to CAs and CPAs - that can view and contact you. Your deal stays in front of the right audience only.

Where to find it

1. Open the Live Deal creation form
2. In Deal Details, set “Are you open to service providers reaching out to you?” to Yes
3. In Contact Details, under Listing Settings, open “Whom should this listing be visible to?” to review or edit your user categories
