About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Tracxn, you will own and drive the execution of high-impact technical and data-driven programs. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and a problem-solving mindset.
You will work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to build scalable systems, optimize processes, and develop high-quality data assets that power Tracxn’s core platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of designing, executing, and delivering key technical and data programs.
- Data & LLM Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition, enrichment, and quality improvement using AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Execution & Planning: Break down complex technical and data challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks with clear timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to align on requirements and execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in systems and processes; design and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Set up monitoring systems and MIS reports to track program performance, data quality, and execution progress.
- Testing & Optimization: Design rigorous testing frameworks and continuously optimize processes using data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate strategies, insights, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 9 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Development, Data Operations, or related roles
- Strong coding background (proficiency in at least one programming language preferred)
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and computing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with a process-driven approach
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong inclination towards continuous learning and improvement
