We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 2-6 years of experience to drive the execution of high-impact projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a coding background, deep understanding of IT systems, and a problem-solving mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

• Take full ownership of the design and implementation of key programs. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align execution strategies. 
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing effective technical solutions. 
• Break down complex challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks.
• Set up monitoring protocols and design Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track progress.
• Continuously monitor and optimize process performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or software development.
• Coding background. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language is a plus.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, networking, and computing fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in optimizing technical projects.
• High intent on getting things done, with a process-driven approach.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make data-backed decisions, using logical reasoning and continuous feedback to refine solutions.
